Declaration of Commitments |

We commit to creating an organization worthy of Christ’s blessings.
We commit to the service of our Lord Jesus Christ, and are committed to seeking his vision through prayer.
We commit to serving each other by:
- Working to build the success and prosperity of our membership so that we may continually increase our giving to the Godly work in our community.
- Providing prayer and support to our member business owners by providing referrals, ideas, coaching and creating connectivity for investment capital.
- Providing educational support for our members promoting continuous improvement and success.
- Creating networking opportunities to help our members grow their business.
- Creating opportunities to build your network of Christian referral partners.
- Creating access and information about other Christian groups.
We commit to service to our community by:
- Supporting the community with our donations of time, talent and treasure (T3).
- Improving our communities and the individuals comprising it.
- We will bring glory to the lord through our business practices and works within the community.
- Consistently marketing our organization so that we are easy to find and plug in.
- Where available, focusing on assisting other Christian based charities aleady working in our communities.
We commit to being inclusive –open to all:
- Inclusion – No one shall be excluded or provided with a faith litmus test to join.
- Members should leave their pride and ego at the door, and be supportive and providers of Christ like love to their Fellowship members...
We commit to continually asking God’s guidance on this journey:
- Give thanks to God for our success and ask for forgiveness in our failures.
- Praying for God’s assistance and support in our planning and vision for the future. We must strive to understand and follow God’s plan and not our own.
We commit to open and honest communication between board members and membership, and as our members to do the same.
We commit to upholding high standards in all aspects of our organization.
We commit to being the example of excellent integrity, ethics and being fiscally responsible with God’s gifts:
- Living a life of ethical behavior and consistently seeking to follow what would Jesus do?
- Being good stewards with the funds we are given so that we may continuously grow our achievements within our membership and the community.
We commit to being a partner and resource center for other community organizations, ministries, and churches:
- Being independent of, but supportive of the churches and other Christian Organizations within the community.
- Providing information and opportunity to join other Christian groups that might fulfill the higher needs of our membership.
We commit to having courage to be the light of God’s biblical calling:
- Being an organization that strives to consistently be a positive Christian witness to seekers. (This would include our organizational behavior and our personal behavior in our businesses.)
- Support the teaching of the Bible and following scripture in making our decisions as a membership and leadership.
- Providing reminders and accountability in being a constant example of good Christian witness. Members should also seek out the improvement of those felt to be unethical in their dealing with members, customers, and employees so that can again provide positive witness or be removed from membership.
