Dr. Randall Peeters

With his unique and energetic presentation style, Randall Peeters encourages the participants to take an introspective and fresh look at their lives and to plan for their future. During this 1-hour session, he motivates the attendees in a manner that reveals the value of a personal vision. With his extensive professional background he shares personal observations & life’s lessons gleaned from numerous management courses and real world experiences. Using his highly successful sporting achievements, he helps participates to better understand life’s challenges. Randy fully believes that an effective personal vision is a key tool for individuals desiring a full and successful life. Dr. Randall L. Peeters has served in a variety of executive management and technical positions during his 40 plus years in the university, government and corporate world. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington in Aeronautics and Astronautics, has over 35 technical publications and presentations, received the 1999-2000 Distinguished Alumni Award for the College of Engineering, California State Polytechnic University and the 2001 Distinguished Alumni Award for the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics, University of Washington. In addition, he was the 2004 commencement speaker for the College of Engineering, California State Polytechnic University. In recognition for distinguished service to youth, Randy received the Silver Beaver Award from the National Council of the Boy Scouts of America. His expedition portfolio includes being the 8th person in the world to complete the Adventure Grand Slam, i.e., climbing the highest point on each continent (including Mount Everest) and reaching both poles.
