Panel of Possibilities - Fall 2009

Our mission includes serving our communities through supporting local ministries. To experience and learn about what God is doing within our community, we are hosting a “Panel of Possibilities”. We are excited to announce a prestigious panel of extraordinary local ministry leaders and faithful servants. We hope you can attend this moving event.

Craig Garbe – Sacramento Area Council of Pastors and Elders (SAC-PE)

The mission of the Sacramento Area Council of Pastors and Elders (SAC-PE) is to empower pastors and their congregations across racial and denominational lines to impact the culture and government through concerted prayer, to equip our congregations for effective citizenship, and to provide a unified voice on spiritual, cultural, social, and moral issues. SAC-PE has been given permission by the US Pastor Council (www.USPastorCouncil.org) to use their ministry as a model for our work in Sacramento and in the 16 other major metropolitan areas in California.

After founding Cornerstone Christian School in 1992 in Roseville, and serving as its headmaster for 16 years, Craig Garbe felt led of the Lord in August of 2008 to go on Sabbatical and start what became SAC-PE. SAC-PE is an affiliate of the California Strategy Council and the Coalition on Revival. Craig is now serving as full time executive director for SAC-PE.

Terry Morgan – Gold Country Chaplaincy

Gold Country Chaplaincy is a non-profit group. We serve businesses; first responders; media; and veterans, especially those newly returning from GWOT (the Global War on Terrorism). Our core business is filling the gap in service in providing Chaplain Support. We do short term counseling in the areas of grief and crisis, as well as pastoral counseling. Our motto is “You don’t have to go through it alone.”
