Todd Lowell is the owner of Lowell Development, Inc., a real estate development firm with projects in Placer County.  Prior to opening his own development firm he worked as an attorney and land use consultant for over 10 years.  Active in community affairs, he’s currently the president of the Rocklin school board, the past chairman of the Rocklin Area Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the board of the South Placer Heritage Foundation.  Todd has been married to his wife, Kay, for 22 years and they have two teenage daughters.
