- 11:15 a.m. - Meal Blessing and Prayer
- 11:30-12:00 Noon - Networking among members
- 12:00-12:05 p.m. – Opening prayer from pastoral advisor or other volunteer member
- 12:05-12:15 p.m. - Opening Meeting
- Introduce Officers
- Introduce New Guests
- Allow time for committee chair reports
- General announcements
- 12:15-12:25 p.m. - Business Member Introduction (The business sponsor of the month will be able to discuss their business and introduce products. Eight Minutes to speak and 2 minutes for questions.)
- 12-25 – 1:15 p.m. – Keynote Speaker
- 1:15 – 1:30 p.m. - Thank the speakers, and make any closing announcements and closing prayer. Reminder to enroll for outreach opportunities
- 1:30 - Business Gift Raffle for members desiring to stay
