The Fellowship Chamber Needs Your Serving Heart Where there is a servant’s heart, no money is required!

The Board urgently needs your support to carry out its full mission. The following committees require leaders and servants. Please consider where you are lead and volunteer for a committee today. You will only know the complete joy of the Lord when you see his works fulfilled through your service.

Fund Raising Committee

• Responsible for raising funds for the outreach ministries we support.
• Committee is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising events.
• Helping to seek grants for outreach programs and ministries we support.
• Completing fund raising campaigns through donations.

Events Committee

Responsible for planning the monthly lunch meeting, Christian celebrations, new business prayer events, and location research for training or educational seminars.

Outreach Committee

• Responsible for identifying where the Board should allocate the time, talent, and treasures for its members to be involved and with Board approval where money should be allocated.
• Responsible for recruiting and coordinating member involvement where time or talent is required in assisting chosen outreach programs.
• Will assess on an ongoing basis whether we are being good stewards with money provided to outside organizations.

• Responsible for the opening prayer and devotional at meetings.
• Attend and complete prayer for new business openings.
• Complete ongoing prayer for membership and Fellowship Chamber.

Member Development/Roundtables

• Responsible for obtaining feedback for membership development needs, and hiring speakers for our monthly meetings.
• Work with other organizations to provide ongoing requested training, seminars, coaching workshops, and net meetings to continuously improve member knowledge, business practice and life balance.
• Create and publish monthly newsletter with advertising opportunities.

Marketing Committee
Mikkel Moller 

• Responsible for the publicity tools, press releases, and marketing campaigns, to continually provide membership growth.
• Responsible for the direct marketing to guests, including follow-ups and communications.
• Maintain database for the chamber.

Member Care Committee

• Look for opportunities to open new chapters in other counties countrywide.
• Create member profiles for the online directory and introduce new members through the Member Spotlight newsletter.
• Distribute gift baskets to new members.
• Assist with Ambassador and New Member Orientation programs.

Ethics
Shawn Wood, Treasurer  

• The ethics team will field concerns of the membership, and schedule clearings, facilitate them if necessary, and where necessary hold information proceedings to determine removal of members for cause.
• Should recommend improvement, additions, changes, or deletions to bylaws with Board Approval.
